Our Products

We have standard products that you can add to your cart and purchase directly from our website.

We also have tailor-made design packages if the standard packages do not fit your project.

Our Process

We’ll work closely with you to understand your vision, gather references, and set a clear budget and timeline. Upon approval, we begin the multi-stage design process, with each stage offering a deliverable and an opportunity for your feedback. Please check Our Process for more information.

Payments and Refunds

Our current payment method is PayPal. You do not need to own an account with them, since you can check out as a guest.

Yes, you´ll receive an invoice within three business days after payment is completed.

You can get a full refund if you cancel your project within 24 hours of receiving the first draft. However, if you cancel after that, a cancellation fee will apply. Please see our detailed refund policy below for more information.

We understand that things may change, and you may need to cancel your project at some point. Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation fees:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of receiving the first draft: No fee. (100% Money Back Guarantee)
  • Cancel after 24 hours of receiving the first draft: 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancel after you receive the Detailed illustration: 50% fee.  
  • Cancel after you receive the Final illustration: 75% fee. 
  • No refund after receiving the High Resolution files.

To cancel a project, please inform your assigned agent immediately. We will process your refund within 3 business days, deducting the applicable cancellation fee. You will receive an updated and corrected invoice for your records.

Copyrights

Yes, the customer owns the artwork, but the artists have their copyright.

That means that you´ll be able to use the illustration anywhere you want to and you will also have exclusive use of it, so neither Illux.art nor the artist will sell it to anyone else or use it for any other purpose. However, the artist will retain the copyright of the artwork. This means that the artist and illux.art have the right to show the artwork to prospective clients as an example of their work, and include the artwork in their public portfolio and on this website. Please check our policies for additional information, or contact us if you have any questions.

While not mandatory, crediting the artists and our website is highly encouraged and appreciated. These projects require considerable work and dedication from the artists and crediting them acknowledges their efforts and supports their livelihood. It’s a way of ensuring the creative cycle continues to thrive and inspires further exceptional work.
