The Full eBook Design Includes:

1. An eBook cover design aligned with your vision and references.
2. A custom illustration aligned with your vision and references.
3. The design of the book content (up to 50 pages) to a read-friendly layout.
4. The power to choose the details and elements involved in the cover:
   • Whether the cover will be full color, grayscale, or black and white.
   • Whether there will be an illustration involved. If so:
     • The style of the illustration and the overall look&feel.
     • If it will be clean and simple, or detailed.
     • The number of characters or main objects that are part of that design. This package includes the design of up to two characters, but extra characters and objects can be added for an additional charge.
     • The scenery of that illustration.
     • The outbound shape of the illustration (square, circular, rectangular, etc) according to the space you want them to occupy in the book.
   • The Font styles that will be used

   • The illustration style and look & feel.
   • Whether it will be full color, grayscale, or black and white.
   • Whether it will be clean and simple, or detailed.
   • The number of characters or main objects that are part of that design. This package includes the design of up to two main characters, but extra characters and objects can be added for an additional charge.
   • The scenery of the illustration.
   • The outbound shape of the illustration (square, circular, rectangular, etc.) according to the space you want them to occupy in the book.

7. Once the e-book content design, cover, and illustrations are approved, you’ll receive the full eBook in PDF. You will also receive the final illustration and ebook cover in High-Resolution JPG files.

Technical Specs of this Package

These are our standards, if you need any different specs, please inform your agent before the design process starts. After the design process has started, changing these specs will have an additional fee.

• Book content must be up to 50 pages.
• The final cover file will be a High-Resolution JPG (300dpi), 1:1.6 aspect ratio.
• The final Illustration file will be a High-Resolution JPG (300dpi).
• The final eBook file will be a PDF in A4 page size.

Work Process

1. After paying for your package, an agent will get in touch with you within the next 12 business hours to gather information regarding your project. The agent will communicate on behalf of the artist for the duration of the project.
2. Once all the information is gathered the design process starts. The gathering usually takes one extra business day, but it can vary depending on the customer’s feedback speed. The gathering also includes the customer providing the book content in advance.
3. Design Process:
   1. Within 48hs*, you will receive the mood board to approve. This is constructed by the artist based on the references you sent and will establish the illustration and cover style, color palette, and overall look&feel of both.
   2. First Client Feedback.
   3. Within 72hs*, you will receive a draft of the illustration and the cover. These will be a simplified version of both. The illustration will be in black-and-white with the main elements only and a few details.
   4. Second Client Feedback.
   5. Within 72hs*, you will receive a full-color, detailed illustration, and cover.
   6. Third Client Feedback.
   7. You’ll receive the final illustration and e-book cover in Low-Resolution within 72hs* for approval.
   8. Fourth Client Feedback.
   9. You’ll receive the full e-book within 72hs* for approval.
4. Once the Full e-Book is approved, you will receive it in PDF and Final Illustration and Cover in High-Resolution files within 72hs*.

*These are standard turnaround times for a full e-book design expressed in business hours. They depend on multiple factors such as the client’s feedback’s speed and clarity. We expect to deliver within these timeframes, but we will notify you if there are delays.

Additionals Services (extra charges will apply)

1. Extra Pages of content for the eBook design.
2. Extra Characters
3. Extra Design stages. This applies to changing the initial idea or a key element to the composition when the design process has already started.
4. Extra versions of the final files. For example:
   1. The same ebook cover design in different languages, or with small changes.
   2. Any portion of the ebook cover to use anywhere else in your book (the title, a section of the illustration, etc)
   3. Any portion of the final illustration in high Resolution to use anywhere else in your book (a section, a single character, etc)
   4. A black-and-white version (or any different color palette) of the final illustration
   5. Any of the non-final illustrations that were part of the design process.
5. Other file formats such as:
   1. Other file formats of the Final Illustration (PNG, TIFF, PDF)
   2. Other file resolutions: 100 dpi, 150 dpi, etc.
6. Adapting the eBook cover to a specific publishing platform or ratio
